LEESBURG, VIRGINIA WEDDING

This wedding was such a special one for me to photograph! My sweet friends Caitlin + Billy were one of the many couples who had their wedding plans completely derailed by COVID. They decided not to wait on the pandemic and had a small ceremony during the pandemic, hoping to have a larger one when things calmed down a bit and the world reopened. In that time they added a new baby to their family, bought a house on my street (!!) and finally were able to set a date of June 5th for their big party! I love that they didn't let the pandemic steal their wedding from them, and I think its even more special that they got to have both of their children at their wedding with them.

Caitlin + Billy decided to be married on his family's property in Leesburg, Virginia. They have a beautiful home on some even more stunning land, and it really was the perfect backdrop for their big day - made even more special by his family ties to the land.
